@ Poonam Include high protein foods in your diet like sprouts ,milk and dal.For healthy hair just include amla (Indian gooseberry)and 2-3 soaked almond in your daily diet.Incorporate fresh fruits and salads in your diet to meet the Vitamin requirement.
Use coconut oil and almond oil that is good for the growth of long hair also it prevents hair loss and make the hair silky. And also eat healthy food.

B-complex vitamin is very important for hair grown (biotin, multivitamin),Egg yolk, liver, and yeast are rich sources of biotin.Include biotin foods , Amla.
Hi, u can also use olive oil.apply it to the scalp,massage for some time .leave it on for 30 min and then wash off with warm water.repeat weekly once.i experienced the result with grt growth within two months.if u like,try it dear.I am sure it will help u.
