    Yes olive oil is very good for skin.When olive oil is applied on skin olive oil will penetrate deep into the skin and provide a long-lasting shield of moisture to keep skin smooth and supple. It contains Vitamin E.Which is really good for skin.You can use it either in day time or before sleeping.

    - Olive oil is indeed good for skin because it promotes a smooth and radiant complexion.
    - It maintains elasticity of skin.
    - It heals dry skin, brittle nails and softens cuticles.
    - It conditions your hair and leaves it with good shine.
    Consumption of olive oil is good as it involves antioxidants and has Vitamin E too. It protect against age-accelerating free radicals.
    You can gently massage olive oil on the dry areas of you skin and some ignored areas like elbows and heels.
