Yes ginger is great for hair growth. I have tried it out and it works for me. Ginger is an excellent stimulant that helps promote scalp circulation and increases hair growth. It increases blood circulation on the scalp which stimulates hair follicles to grow. The roots of the ginger have fatty acids which are great for thin hair. Try out this simple recipe using ginger to increase hair growth. It's perfectly safe to use. Fill a small bowl with 1 tbsp of grated ginger, add 1 tbsp of jojoba oil and mix well. Olive oil is also recommended. Massage the mixture on your scalp using circular movements and leave for 30 minutes minimum. You will experience a warm sensation on your scalp. Rinse well with shampoo.
