The biggest problem for teenagers is acne. It is caused by hormones, high intake of junk foods, inactive lifestyle.
Some useful tip for acne:small changes in diet like reducing too much of oily foods,chocolates, etc. Include more fresh fruits,vegetables & drink plenty of water. Do exercise for 5 day , this increases your blood circulation which helps to maintain the skin healthy. Avoid oily makeup & cosmetics.Wash your face for 5 times a day especially after come back from outside & in the nite before bed.
