    For a healthy skin you should do the following-
    *drink adequate amount of water.You should have atleast 8-10 glasses of water per day.
    *wash your face regularly with water and a good face wash.Avoid soap on the face.
    *avoid having very oily and spicy foods in your diet.As these may lead to problems like acne and pimples.
    *have more of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.As these are good in antioxidants and prevent the signs of ageing on your skin.

    To have healthy skin given below are some tips which are going to help you for sure-
    * Drink plenty of water as it helps to eliminate toxins out of your body and leaves your skin healthy.
    * Eat lots of fruits and vegetables which contains vitamins and minerals helps to get healthy skin.
    * Wash your skin everyday with a gentle, moisturizing soap.
    * Always remove your make up before going to bed.
    * Apply sunscreen everyday, even in the winter or when it is cloudy out. The longer you protect your skin from harmful sun rays, the more your skin will love you.
    * If you have aberrations, such as acne or a rash, be sure to see a dermatologist. Skin issues should be treated and your physician can help you with tips to prevent them from recurring or becoming worse.
    * Moisturize your skin with moisturizer daily.
