    Here are some tips given below which will help you in getting glowing skin.-
    1. For healthy and glowing skin you should consume a healthy and balances diet.Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables,dairy products,lean meats.Avoid fried,junk,processed food which are high in fats,high in sodium affects your skin badly by making your skin oil,dray which is responsible for pimples/acne,blemishes etc.Eating fresh foods helps in nourishment of skin and helps to make skin glow.
    2. Try to drink lot of water which will help in proper nourishment and also help to remove excessive harful toxins trough sweating and help in clear and glowing face.
    3. You should have a proper calm and peaceful sleep for atleast 6-8 hours.If you are not sleeping properly it results in dark circles,puffyness under eyes.So you should have a proper sleep for avoiding this.
    4.Use a good qualtity make up.Cheap make up products contain very harmful chemicals which are harmful for skin.So that is the reason you should use the minereal based makeup for good skin.
    5.Cleanse your skin and remove your make up daily in night with a face wash and then apply moisturizer before sleeping.Also you can go for clean-up and facial once or twice in a month which will help in removing blackheads,dirt and providing a clean face.
    6.Lastly,Stress also contributes in dullness of skin.So try to manage stress daily by doing meditation for some time which will help you in reliving stree,also you can do exercises like aerobics,yoga,dancing,Which resulths in sweating through which the toxins get elliminated from the body and helps in giving glow to your skin.

    To glow skin there are many natural ways which you can follow them at home as well. Some of them are as follows-0
    * Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow.
    * Apply honey on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Your skin will glow and become soft and smooth.
    * Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
    * Boil cabbage in water. Wash your face with this water.
    * Make a paste by mixing 2 tablespoon turmeric powder in orange juice. Scrub it on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.
    These tips will will definitely help you in getting glowing skin.

    Drinking tender coconut water or carrot juice daily in the morning . This will help you to glow your skin.

    Hi Lenin,
    Here are SEVEN tips which will definitely bring glow to your skin:
    1. Drink plenty of water.
    2. Try to have at least 3-5 fruits a day.
    3. Eat healthy foods rich in all macro and micro nutrients, avoid saturated fatty acids, processed food etc.
    4. Do exercises at least 3-5 times a week.
    5. Take adequate sleep
    6. Maintain skin hygiene and avoid excessive use of cosmetics, remember natural glow always comes from within.
    7. Take body Massage, apply natural packs, sun bath etc. to keep skin healthy.
