You can do the following to get rid of body odour.-
*maintain a good personal hygiene-bathing twice a day with lukewarm water, using a good antisceptic soap, using a clean towel and a good talcum powder helps you in maintaining a good personal hygiene and hence will also help you to get rid of body odour.
*avoid certain foods which may enhance the body odour. These are red meat, processed foods starchy and sugary foods, too much of onion and garlic.
*foods high in caffeine specially coffee, produces more of sweat and hence body odour. Thus caffeinated beverages should be taken in limited amounts.
*If you produce a more fishy kind of body odour then your body has a hard time in processing choline.Choline in widely present in fish, liver, eggs and beans. So in that case you need to limit on these foods.

    - If you sweat a lot and that is the reason for the body odor which you want to get rid off, try to take showers at least 2-3 times a day if possible.
    - Staying away from spicy foods or foods with onions or garlic will help. This will help maintain oral hygiene.
    - Wash your clothes often otherwise the stink in the clothes will also make your body stink.
    - Use good deodorants that are strong enough in their odor and which lasts longer.

In addition, squeeze some lemon juice at the end of the shower, this helps in preventing body odor.
