    Cutting your hair can help in helping you grow long hair, cuz you’ll be removing all the damaged ends in this process. Visit a good salon, and give your hair some sharp snips! Head rushes can help in growing long hair too, and you can do this by massaging your scalp every now and then. Other ways to increase hair growth is by following a proper diet. And by that I mean lots and lots of spinach, dairy products, apricots, and citrus fruits. Including fish and meat in your meal can also help, but just make sure that you consume a lot of green and leafy vegetables!

    Oil your hair regularly at least twice or thrice a week. Warm coconut water mixed with almond oil apply gently to the scalp and massage it. Avoid using harsh shampoos, if possible try using soft baby shampoos which do not have harmful chemicals in them. Make sure you trim your hair every 3 months at least to avoid split-ends, because that really stops your hair from growing. Stress can also be one of the reasons for hair loss or hair fall. Manage your stress with needful solutions so that it not only helps for your hair fall but also keeps you mentally sound.

    Sure... no problem at all... try this at least for three to four months continuously to see good results and be consistent, because usually we want changes overnight, so we just follow a method for two three weeks or so and then when we don't see any changes we stop right there. Good luck!!
