    small changes in diet & life style: small changes in diet like reducing too much of oily foods,chocolates, etc. Include more fresh fruits,vegetables & drink plenty of water. Do exercise for 5 day , this increases your blood circulation which helps to maintain the skin healthy. Avoid oily makeup & cosmetics.Wash your face for 5 times a day especially after come back from outside & in the nite before bed.
    Some of home remedy: Aloe vera is wonderful home remedy for acne, apply aloe vera gel on the face & this will reduces the redness of acne . Lemon juice & rose water aplly on the affected area. Cucumber is refreshing treatment for your skin ,make like paste & apply on the skin , leave it for 20-30 mins & wash it . Apply tomato juice ,helps to reduce acne black marks. Make a paste of methi leaves & apply on the overall face , after 20 min wash it . This will prevent acne , black mark , wrinkles. Simple & easy tip , drink plenty of water every day & wash your face at-least for 5 times a day especially in the nite before going to bed. Cheapest tip apply tooth paste on the pimple ,this wil help you to dry the pimple.
