    To achieve healthy skin you need to follow some tips-

    # Drink plenty of water.Drinking water helps to flush out the harmful toxins from the body and makes your skin feel fresh and healthy.
    # Also include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
    # Wast your face with a gentle face wash/soap 2-3 times a day.
    # If you wear makeup. Make sure to wash it all off every night before bed.
    # Apply sunscreen everyday, even in the winter or when it is cloudy out. The longer you protect your skin from harmful sun rays, the more your skin will love you.
    # If you have aberrations, such as acne or a rash, be sure to see a dermatologist. Skin issues should be treated and your physician can help you with tips to prevent them from recurring or becoming worse.
    # Use a natural lotion that is not made from an alcohol base each night before bed.These tips will help to make your skin healthy and glowing.

    Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, foods containing Vitamin A or beta-carotene (eg. Sweet potato, carrot, mango and spinach). Skin hydration is very important, especially for people with dry skin. Drinking lots of water is one way of keeping skin hydrated. Water also helps brings nutrients to the skin. Sleep is essential as cells undergo a process of repair when asleep. Aloe vera is also good for all types of skin.

    * Wash ur face with normal water for 4-5 times in a day.
    * Drink plenty of water in a day.
    * A healthy diet is essential for your skin. Fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of water and fish will all get you on your way to healthiness.vitamins C, E, A, K, and B complex all help improve skin health and hair
    *Home treat:Once a week, give your skin and hair a treat, depending on what they need. A hot oil treatment and scalp massage goes a long way in stimulating growth and healthy hair., and a homemade facial with tomatoes, yoghurt, cucumbers or olive oil can all help with your skin needs.
    * Aloe vera is one best herbs for skin. Aloe vera has anti –inflammatory properties & can be used effectively both internally & externally for many health problems . You can use as gel form or soap or fresh aloe vera gel also more effective for ance.
    Aloe vera gel helps to reduces the redness & swelling in acne prone areas.

    Aloe vera soup can be used fro more frequently,if you have oily skin. It helps to regenerate skin so that scars can be reduce with smooth , healthy skin.
