    Preventing hair loss is a tough task. I used to lose a lot of hair during my thirties and I never understood why? It turns out that the reason was stress and I had been working too hard. Most women lose hair due to this and it's something that can be prevented. Relaxing at the end of everyday is very important and you can do this by asking your husband to give you a soothing massage or back rub. Relaxing with a glass of wine is also a good way to ensure that you are relaxed. Hope that was helpful!
