In the summer months the environment is filled with heat and energy. Here is a list of foods which will help to reduce body heat & improve skin as well:
*Juices of grapes, watermelon, banana, jack fruit, lemon and pineapple
*Preparations of sugar, barely/green gram, sharbats, buttermilk with sugar candy
*Cucumber
*Steamed green vegetables
*Rice
*Beans
*Coconut water
*Basil seeds (very good at reducing body heat)
*Fruits - water melon, musk melon, figs, papaya, dates, figs, grapes & sapodilla.
Avoid carbonates & caffeinated beverages & foods of pungent, sour, dry and salty nature.
