Avoid dehydrating the body. Drink lots of water. If you stay at a humid place keep moisturizing and properly covering your skin, esp. that of hand and feet. There are certain ayurvedic oils which if you use continuously can improve the skin condition. Massage it on the skin half an hour before bath and use powdered green gram or black gram to wash it off while you take bath. Don't use soap. For the face apply a mixture of almond paste and honey or milk and honey. Wash off the mask after half an hour. If the skin is very itchy apply rose water.
