In many cultures the banana is revered for its immense health benefits. Banana peels contain plenty of antioxidants and minerals that help the ageing skin in rejuvenation and restoration naturally. They are also used as home remedies to treat various skin infections, allergies, lesions and irritated areas locally. The potassium and antioxidants present in abundance in the banana peel makes it an ideal and obvious cure for various skin problems and skin rejuvenation. Even the dry and itchy skin that scales off, called psoriasis is treated with the inner side of the banana peel. Other skin problems like poison ivy rashes, mosquito-bite related eruptions and acne best respond to the banana peel.

Yes, banana peel is good for skin which is good in lutein , an antioxidant, plenty of potassium. Rub the inside of banana peel on the affected of psoriasis. You can seen the best result within few days. It is also used for acne, rub the inside of banana peel on the acne , you can see best result within few days & best time to apply in the nights. It is good for many other skin problems like ivy rashes, etc.
