*have fresh fruits and vegetables for a soft and supple skin.
*cumin seeds,corriander and turmeric are the best spices for dry skin.
*water intake should be atleast 7-8 glasses per day.
*alcohol and caffeine content should be minimised as they causes dryness of the skin.
*chemical soaps should be avoided as they further cause dryness of skin.
*massage your face and neck region with glycerine and rose water.Glycerine helps to make the skin soft.
*Protect your skin against sun rays and pollution as it reduces moisture from the skin making it more dry.
*avoid makeup as it makes the skin more dry.
*regularly use fruit pulp of avocado,banana and half papaya.This replenishes the skin making it more softer and supple.
