Any suggestions for glowing skin

I have been trying since 3-4 months to minimize white patches of my face. I keep trying different creams lotions but its not decreasing, can someone suggest me what I can do so that my white patches disappears?

    Hi Priyanka,

    The best way to treat your skin is to diagnose it properly and then go for remedy. According to the data available the condition is of iron and vitamin deficiency. To correct this problem include more of iron rich and vitamin rich foods in your diet. For example: fruits like Avocado, Mango, Papaya, Watermelon, Orange etc, green leafy vegetables, all red and yellow color vegetables and include some dry nuts (almonds, walnuts).

    Apply milk and sandalwood paste or apply glycerin with milk.

    one thing what i have experienced any form of physical activity, leads to sweating, that leads to detoxification....and that reflects glow in the skin...i dnt say it will be solution to what u hv mentioned, however it helps for bettering the skin complexion....!!!

    # A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan from your face.
    # Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds. Apply this in your face, leave it for five minutes and wash with lukewarm water.

    Hi
    If u have normal skin apply Besan + milk
    Oily Egg white beat it to form
    Combination baby alu boil and smashed it and scrub it for 10 min on ur face

    1. Eat healthy and drinks plenty of water that will help remove all the toxins and keeps you skin clean and glowing.
    2. Cleansing should be a vital part of your daily routine. You should remove your makeup each night and thoroughly cleanse your face each morning.
    3. Get a good night's sleep.
    4. Stress can also snatch away your natural glow from skin. Get rid of it.

    Follow some of the basic tips to keep your skin glow:
    * consume healthy diet which includes fresh fruits and vegetables, Consume healthy oil rich in vitamin E, omega 3 fatty acids etc.
    * Consume plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and supple.
    * Start with regular exercises as it tones your body.
    * Have sufficient amount of sleep.
    *Use sunscreen lotion before exposing to sun.
    * you can go for Massage, as it helps in improving the blood circulation and makes skin healthy.
