Home remedy for hair loss:
1. Methi & Ginger are very good for hair loss treatment.
In methi , make a paste of over nite soaked methi & apply to scalp , keep ir for 20 mins & wash. This can prevent the hair loss & stimulates hair growth .
Ginger is wonder herb(root plant ) .The simplest way to apply the ginger is extracting the ginger juice & apply in the scalp , keep it for 5-10 mins & wash it with normal shampoo. Use for once in week then you will get good positive result & your hair will become shiny & strong healthy.
Include plenty of iron rich & biotin rich foods.
Biotin foods: Naturally present in foods like :liver, cauliflower, salmon, bananas, carrots, egg yolks, sardines, legumes and mushrooms.
Iron rich foods: Cereals & Grains: barley (Bajra), Rice flakes, rice bran , corn flakes, oats , ragi .
Pulses & Beans: Cow pea, Lobia (black-eye beans), Lentils, Soybean, peas.
Vegetables: Beetroot greens, Mint, Parsley, Turnip greens, all green leafy vegetables coriander leaves.
Vegetables like broccoli and bok choy are rich in iron. These vegetables are high iron and also high in vitamin C
