Circuit training is one of the best workout for females and for those peoples who are targeting to loose weight and also for peoples who are bored of doing same things for a long period. So circuit training is a workout routine in which we do each set of every exercises once and then go for the second round by doing other sets of each exercises .E.g. If we choose three exercises to be one like crunches , push ups, and reverse dips for 3 sets of 15 counts, we will first do 1 set of 15 counts for each exercise then again will start doing 2nd sets of 15 counts of crunches, Push ups and reverse dips. then again going back to Crunches and so on. So its simple but effective way to workout our whole body without getting bored.
