Some people may feel little alert after having coffee or tea and able to control sleep for few hours but ultimately these drinks will make you feel drained ,exhausted and dehydrated .So instead of tea or coffee you can try warm water with honey which is healthy and energetic and the effect lasts for hours.

It is true but it is not healthy to have more of coffee or tea during exams or studies. Better to choose 1 cup of herbal tea or warm water with lemon or masala buttermilk or some other energy drinks.
