The symptoms of swine flu are fever is 38 degrees centigrade (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit), cough, headache, aching joints, nasal congestion and general fatigue. If you do not see a Doctor immediately, condition can become worst and one may also face death if in case of weak or zero immunity.
