    A good and healthy breakfast is very necessary for healthy body and healthy mind. there are many options which you can have in breakfast like cornflakes,oat flakes,wheat flakes,porridge,idli,plain dosa,Uttapa.Besan cheela,Omelet,Stuffed chapaties,chapatie with veg etc +Milk,Milkshakes,fruits.Proper breakfast helps to kick start your metabolism and leaves you energetic through out the day and also helps to maintain weight also.

    Breakfast is truly the most important meal of the day. Research shows that those who eat breakfast lose more weight than those who skip breakfast. Breakfast keeps you healthy mood, proper brain function, etc. It improves metabolism which helps you to burn the calories.

    Generally a breakfast tends to be rich in cereals, moderate in protein and low in fat with small amount of fiber.

    Skipping a breakfast can make a person drowsy and lethargic and have a slower reaction time.

    So u can include more nutritional breakfast:Choose Fruit for Breakfast. Fruit gives you fiber. Fresh fruit is the best choice. Eat High Fiber Hot Cereal like oats porridge , multi-grain biscuits , multi-grain bread toast , corn flakes with hot skimmed milk,Egg white boiled , egg white omlette , Vegetable salad , oats upma, etc.
