Dyspnea is the shortness of breath. It can be due to various reasons like
    *Physiological like mountaineers,exercisers,hyperpyrexia
*Respiratory conditions like airway obstruction, bronchial asthma,COPD,pulmonary infection etc
*Cardiac like acute myocardial infarction, left ventricular failure, valvular heart disease etc
    *Metabolic causes are diabetic,uremia,hypokelemia
*Neurological conditions like myesthenia gravis,GBS,motor neuron disease, syringobulbia etc
    *Can also be psychogenic.
Tachycardia is the increased in heartrate which can be due to exercise, emotional or sexual excitement, anemia, heart block, atrial fibrillation or excess consumption of tea, coffee, tobacco etc.
Hypotension is the fall in blood pressure below normal level and causes can be cardiovascular like myocardial infarction, pulmonary emboli, cardiac rupture etc;anaphylaxis; gram negative septicemia; hemorrhage, vomiting, diarrhea, burns etc

    Hi Poonam..
    Following are causes of hypotension-
Heart conditions, such as heart attack, heart valve disease, bradycardia (a very low heart rate), and heart failure. These conditions prevent the heart from pumping enough blood to the body.
    Anemia.
    Severe infections.
Endocrine conditions, such as thyroid disorders, Addison's disease, low blood sugar, and diabetes.
Central nervous system disorders, such as Parkinson's disease.
    Pulmonary embolism.
Some medicines for high blood pressure and heart disease can raise your risk of hypotension. These medicines include:

    Diuretics, also called "water pills"
    Calcium channel blockers
    Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors
    Angiotensin II receptor blockers
    Nitrates
    Beta blockers
Tachycardia is generally caused by a disruption in the normal electrical impulses that control our heart's pumping action rhythm - the rate at which our heart pumps. The following situations, conditions and illnesses are possible causes:
    A reaction to certain medications
Congenital (present at birth) electrical pathway abnormalities in the heart
    Congenital abnormalities of the heart
    Consuming too much alcohol
Consumption of cocaine and some other recreational drugs
    Electrolyte imbalance
Heart disease which has resulted in poor blood supply and damage to heart tissues, including coronary artery disease (atherosclerosis), heart valve disease, heart failure, heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy), tumors, or infections.
    Hypertension
    Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland)
    Smoking
    Certain lung diseases
