kids easily get bored with their food. hence you need to provide them with a lot of variety , which is nutritious at the same time. some best examples would be a smoothies, as many kids run away from milk , so you can make it interesting by making a smoothie out of it , by adding one of their favorite fruit. eating the regular roti sabji gets boring to kids , so you can make it to a veg roll, or cut the chapati into various shapes to make it interesting , make sabjis which are more colourful, like palak with a fresh green color. you can also roll kababs or cutlets in a roti. rather them serving them with bread. you can encourage their intake of vegetables as well as fruits by serving a yogurt dip with that, you can also flavor the yougurt with chocklate , vanilla or strawberry syrups or crush.

Very well said Chinmay..thanks a lot for your ideas and suggestions.. Some other options can be vegetable idlis, sandwiches, fruit shrikhand, fruit lassi, stuffed parathas, fruit custard are few of them.
Remember not to give too much of candies, coffee, tea, junk foods and fast foods to the children they are bad for their health.
