    Bad carbs are carbohydrate foods that have been highly refined , processed and removing most of nutritients & fiber . They are loaded by high calories , sweets , sugars & other unhealthy additives. Examples for Bad carbs :All candies , jelly , jams , sodas , fruits juices with sugar , canned fruit drinks , pudding , custards , other sweets , processed refined grains & refined flours , bread , paste made with refined flour , cakes , cookies & bakery , junk foods .

    I agree with you Shobha.. refined and processed carbohydrates are bad for health. Over consumption of which may lead to overweight,constipation and abdominal discomfort. So the diet should have unrefined,less processed carbohydrates. Some of these are whole cereals,broken wheat,oats,bran,barley,maize,fruits,vegetables,pulses,sprouts,beans

    simple carbohydrates, complex or starchy , fiber carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates source are table sugar ,honey , cookies, candies,pastries ,chocolate,all kind of refined flours ,corn syrup,fruit juices,most packed cereals.
