    Hi Dhara ,

If u drinking 8 glass of water in a day then it is not enough for a day. Your body is composed of around 70 percent of water and it is essential even when you are resting that you drink plenty of fluids. When you are exercising and losing water through sweat your need for it doubles. You should drink 1 -2 glass of water before(30min) going to any kind of exercise.

Is it true that if consumption of lemon water for more than once in a day will darken our skin. I have a fair skin and my mother law told me that if u consume more lemon ur skin will get dark.

how much lemon should be consume in a day for weight loss?

In lemon water, i just take lemon and water no salt or sugar.
