Vegetable soup? Why not chicken soup? In any case most of the ingredients are the same, except the chicken of course. When you reach my age, a hot cup of chicken soups sure does warm the soul. It is simple to prepare and it does not take much time. Step 1- Buy some chicken stalk or beef stalk. Or you can make it yourself at home by boiling vegetables and chicken together Step 2- Add carrots, cabbages, and anything else you like into a pan and stir fry them. Step 3- Pour in the stalk and mix it nicely. Add some pepper and salt according to taste and you have soup.
@Jane The ingredients for vegetable soup are very simple & you can find all of them in local grocery store. It includes: Vegetables: carrot, beans, cauliflower, celery, potato, tomato, onion, peas etc. Spices: pepper, basil, salt Along with all this ginger, garlic & sweet corn can also be used to add more taste.

Alone with taste, healthy soup is very important- Include flax seeds while serving the soup to increase ur fiber & good fat intake. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, black salt & lemon drops to increase taste & health.
