Do Veg diets have the capability to meet the body's nutritional requirements?

    Absolutely! You don't even have to think about that twice, because veg diets are loaded with all essential minerals and nutrients. It's a common misunderstanding that only a non vegetarian diet can keep a person healthy and active, but this is untrue. Veg diets are in fact more nutritious than non veg diets are! You don't get the same amounts of protein, agreed, but your body will also be spared of all the fat that a non veg diet will bring. You can include legumes and pulses for a good protein intake, and you can also include lots of green and leafy vegetables as they are rich in nutrition.

    I agree, vegetarian diet are full of essential vitamins and minerals.

    Yes, veg diets has many nutrients like vitamins, fibers, minerals, protein, good fat which need for healthy & balanced diet.
