The Vata Pitta Kapha is a diagnostic test. Its main function is to determine whether there are any imbalances in the human system that can keep one away from attaining the highest level of potential one is expected to achieve. A clear description of your feeling for last two weeks or so is needed in taking the test. Then you need to answer some questions about whatever recent changes you have come across affirmatively. Those must be graded in 0-3 to determine how accurate your 'Vikruti' is. The tests are mainly broken into eight parts to determine the dosha and eventually the way to get rid of it.
