    Pudina or mint is one of the most commonly used herbs in India. It is used for cooking many different types of dishes and this includes both veg and non veg dishes. Mint is ideal for balancing out the spice in Indian curries. There are several uses for mint and this includes acting as a refresher. Drinking one glass of lime and mint juice will keep you refreshed and bring a glow to your skin. Mint is also good for curing fever, cold and symptoms of flu. Sinus ailments. stings and motion sickness can also be cured with the help of mint.

    Pudina also known as Mint is one of the most common herbs and extremely popular in alternative medical treatments, Mint has several medicinal uses which includes:
    *It is especially useful in treating acne, itching, inflammation, and burns.
    *It is considered excellent for indigestion and gastrointestinal problems.
    *Mint is carminative, stimulative, and antispasmodic.
    *Chewing mint can prevent hiccups.
    *Mint juice can be applied externally on ulcerated skin to heal it.
    *It also helps in rheumatism, stings, ear aches, flatulence and for throat and sinus ailments.

    BOth are given nice information. IN addition- Mint leaves are excellent mouth or breath fresher, Eat 2-3 leaves or mix with any foods. Regular intake of mint leaves can cure stomach upset. Mint leaves are strong & refreshing properties helps to reduces the headaches. Strong aroma in mints prevents the asthma & cough.
