To actually make an impact in your fat-loss program try to focus working out in your target zone most of the time. If you are not as fit and you were to exercise 50 percent of your maximum heart rate that adds in building up your fitness level. There is truth in the fact that if you were to exercise at a slow pace it can still prove effective for weight loss than an intense workout. Many of the treadmills come with an in-built 'fat burning' programme that helps in building your pace. An optimum value on the pace chart is calculated based on your exercise history, weight, height and is subjective.

    HEy Lehar,
There is no specific pace chart that you need to follow. The best thing is to maintain your heart rate at the fat burning zone. To increase your hear rate you can either increase pace of your walk or jog. OR you can increase the elevation of treadmill surface. Even there is a fat burning programme present in treadmill.
