    If you join my gym I might tell you! :) Many clients come through the doors of my gym and ask me for a miracle cure. When it comes to weight there are no miracles and it takes effort and discipline. You have to have strong will power and determination if you want to lose weight.
    Cardio: Cardio exercises are the best option for losing weight and most of my clients start their workout with this. Cycling, rowing and running are good option for burning fat. If your gym has a pool then you can use this as well. Cheers!

    Simple tips are to have a healthy diet and regular exercises.
