The thyroid stimulating hormone is produced by the pituitary gland and this is located at the base of the brain. If you are worried that you have a thyroid problem then you should check with your doctor as soon as possible. Few lab tests should be able to confirm whether you have a thyroid or not. Fatigue, weakness and depression are some of the main symptoms of the thyroid disorder. You may also encounter dry and rough skin. If you have any of these problems then please get it checked out. Leaving it too late may complicate matters even further.
