The recipe-Ingredients-Skinless ,boneless chicken breast halves-3 ,Chicken stock-8 cups,Leeks-2 sliced,carrots-6 diced,Cabbage-1 medium size, shredded, egg noodles-1 pack, uncooked, Thai chilly sauce-1 tspn. Into a pot add the chicken stock and breasts. Boil and simmer for 20 minutes till chicken is cooked. Taken the chicken out from the stock .Set aside to cool. Put carrots and leeks into the pot, simmer for 10 minutes till they are tender. Shred the chicken into bite size pieces. Add to the pot. Add the cabbage ,egg noodles, simmer till noodles are cooked. Simmer till soup thickens .Flavour with the thai chilli sauce. Serve hot.
