    Hi George, whenever u r stressed, close ur eyes n do Deep Breathing(slow n natural). This stimulates body's parasympathetic response n brings the feeling of Relaxation.

    Stress is the most common among all peoples living busy life with no time for proper rest. Whenever you feel stressed out go for a small walk or listen your kind of music. Even researches have shown that early morning yoga or exercises have proved to help those living with stress.
