Jaundice does! I had jaundice about two years ago and I suffered from major pain in the right side of the stomach. I don't know if back pain was due to the jaundice but I had it at the same time and it was not pleasant. The stomach pain is more like cramp and it restricts any movement. You will find it difficult to even walk for long periods when you suffer from jaundice.
Gas pockets can also cause stomach pain and back pain at the same time. So it could be as simple as that. Get it checked out just in case.

    Hey Leha,
Even during a menstrual period, many ladies have stomach pain along with back pain and leg pain. Even Pancreatic pain would lead to stomach and back pain simultaneously.
