Sore throat gargle listerine

Listerene is a mouth wash, isn't it? It may not cure sore throat .It can reduce bad breath. Sure it will soothe your throat; it cools the mouth. I have no idea about a product called listerene gargle for sore throat. Use betadine gargle to cure the throat. Take ¼ th of a tumbler ,dilute with 3 parts tap water and gargle. Do this three to four times a day. Sore throat will be cured quickly. It will be more effective if you use it as soon as the throat infection begins. It may help you to avoid taking antibiotics.
