You must be comfortable on your bike, whether you are riding across the country or to the corner store. If you don't want to reduce the height of the seat, you can adjust your seat of bike in forward or backward direction. You must wear your biking shoes and riding shorts and place your heels on the pedals. Make proper adjustment of handlebars if they are too low, too high, too close or too far away. This may cause neck, shoulder, back and hand pain. All the adjustments should be such that you should be comfortable to use all the positions on the handlebars.
