Are you over exercising? Usually over use is a reason for bone pain. If it is a mild pain you can try some light exercises to cure it. If it started during exercise then change your exercise pattern and methods and see. You can try lighter exercises that needs only reduced stretching or better no stretching of the painful part. Also try giving a massage to the part. This can increase circulation and relieve the pain. Apply steam on the area. Continuous pain could be a symptom of something worse. It could be the start of osteoporosis. Try taking calcium supplements for a while.
