    Apart from making you look great,shoulder exercises should be done to improve muscle flexibility,strength and endurance as it will make your daily functioning easier.The type and form of exercise can be chosen according to the goal to serve.Aerobics and strength training can be done by cycle arm ergometery,ellipticals,resistance bands,resistance tubes,pulleys,rowers,weights etc

    Hi Deeksha,
    Lifemojo Expert is right. Shoulder exercises are like shoulder push ups, shoulder shrugs, military press, deltoid raises, etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min, every alternate days if we want to improve strength of shoulder muscles. But if we need to reduce shoulder fat then we need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min for 5/week in low to moderate intensity.
