Warm up is really necessary before starting up with any workout. Warm up include all body parts moving certain times in its full range of motion. Shoulder warm up exercises include elbow rotation in full range in clock wise and anti clockwise manner, swinging hands by abducting and adducting. Do these warm up exercises for 15 counts each side.

    Hi Shikha,
Each joint warm up exercises are really important. Shoulder joint warm up exercises has to be done at least for 3 min before and after the workout is over. Mala has advised some shoulder warm up exercises which i think is enough to start with.
