    Caffeine can effect children's health in many ways as it is a strong stimulant.
    1) It can cause drowsiness, headache, sleeplessness, stomach upsets etc.
    2) It can also cause obesity.
    3) It can lead to dental caries because of its high sugar content.
    4) Sweet caffeinated drinks can also suppress absorption of certain vitamins & minerals.
    5) It can also lead to dehydration.

    Not at all, caffeine is not recommended for children, it causes many health problem. It reduce the concentration, stomach upsets, headache, sleeplessness, dental problems, etc. Most important it reduces the absorption of nutrients.
