    Hi

Shine splints can treat by taking break for 10-15mins or change your exercise to low impact which gives your shins a rest. Apply ice cubes for 15 mins to tender area. Ice will helps you to reduce & preventing the swelling. Stretch your leg before & after exercise or sports.

    Hey Avantika,
The immediate treatment for shin splints is stretching the muscles of front leg. And hold this stretch for 20 counts. Go though this link for further details: http://www.lifemojo.com/lifestyle/how-to-deal-with-shin-splints-718154
