The shin bone routine is practiced by many who want to grow a few inches taller. People who have done it claim that they have indeed grown taller by a few inches but it's highly doubtful. The shinbone routine involves the use of weights worn at the ankles. Two 10 lbs ankle weights are strapped to each leg and then you need to jog for thirty minutes to an hour, taking a break every fifteen minutes. The second part involves strapping 25lb weights around each leg and lying on the bed and leaving the legs hanging down for at least for one to two hours. Raise your legs on to the bed and go to sleep. Ensure you don't stand on your legs till next morning.

Hey Lindsay, Lindsay is right. People claims that they increase height with this routine, but no surety on it. You can try it. Even there is one other routine in which you dont have to put weights in your ankles but you can cycle fixing your foot on iron plate.
