Training
The first and foremost step that you need to take is to identify the foods that you can eat. Foods that are high on proteins and low on fats are ideal. You will have sufficient energy and at the same time not gain much weight. Running and practicing for a minimum of three months is essential. Train yourself and push yourself to the limit during this period.
