Slightly overrated don't you think? Soya beans is this, soya beans is that! Well, I don't know, all the vegetarians I know seem to think that soya beans are the best thing God ever made. But it has to be said that soya beans have been around for along time and they do have a certain nutritional value. Soya beans contain proteins and lots of fibre as well. They also contain isoflvaones. Soya beans are helpful for reducing the cholesterol levels in the body and they also improve the bone density in the body. It acts as an antioxidant as well.

*It is low in saturated fat & cholesterol free.

*Packed with beneficial dietary fiber, making this an all-round delicious, health treat that is filling not fattening
