Can you suggest quick energy boosters distance runners ?

    Long distance must have like a lot of energy in them to perform their task. Also that if you are a long distance runner then you make sure you do have with you some sort of energy boosters always with you. The first thing I would suggest is that you always have some sort of energy drink which you get in the market which has a lot of electrolytes in it as electrolytes help restore the lost energy in your body. Also with that make sure you consume some fruits like oranges or bananas or sweet lime as they help keep your body hydrated.

    Banana is great carbohydrates fruit which gives you good energy for long period. Another option is any fruits juice can give u good energy.
