Get some sleep. That should do it. Bags under the eyes are usually caused due to strain and lack of sleep. My brother used to work night shifts and he used come back home looking like a zombie. The worst part was he never used to get sleep during the day as well. So I guess being chilled out and happy all the time is your best option. Easier said than done I know but this is how it has to be. Try drinking some wine every night before you sleep, this should help you sleep better. Hope that helps!
