Pranayama is a type of yoga exercise which can be performed by anyone on a regular day to day basis. It is a very healthy way to exercise your body. I have heard it has many effects on different parts of our body both internally and externally, but never heard of it having an effect on the platelet. But I heard that if you do this thing regularly our blood production and circulation in your body is enhanced and so I believe that that may have an effect on the platelets. Other than that this yoga helps in the smooth working of your digestive system.
