Keeping children physically active is not a big deal. Make sure you enroll your kid in a martial arts class or a sports class. Ideally children between the age of 6 and 15 should be involved in sports such as basketball, soccer or baseball. Any of these sports will help in physical development. Parents have the duty of making sure that the children are not lazy. Video games and computer games are a big problem and it is difficult to separate a child who is addicted to this away from his or her station. Always allot a time table for outdoor and indoor activity.
