    No!, then why do everyone around the world consume onions? Onions are one of the world's most highly consumed vegetables. Onions are in fact very healthy and have their own benefirs on your body. It helps the immunity system of your body and also helps in killing in many bacteria which pose a threat to our body. Many also say it makes our body strong and also somewhat makes it immune from triggering cancer. Otherwise it majorly helps the cardio part of out body. IT majorly increases the sperm count in your body.

    Onions are not bad for health infact they are known as a medicine. They have significant health benefits. For instance, they can:
    * Boost good-type HDL cholesterol (particularly when consumed raw)
    * Reduce total cholesterol levels
    * Increase blood-clot dissolving activity
    * Reduce the risks of diabetes
    * Attack bacteria that cause infection
    * Reduce the risk of certain cancers
    *Scientific tests have further identified a compound in onions called "quercetin" which is a powerful antioxidant and cancer-attacking agent.
